- Disease Management: Participants reported average days lost to chronic illness decreased from 18.76 to 7.94 (N=1050).
- Physical Activity: 74% of participants say they now walk 8,000-15,000 steps daily (N=5,328).
- Weight Loss: 31% lost weight (N = 2,232).
- Overall Wellness: 66% say they feel healthier overall (N = 4,752).
