PATH Community

Our PATH Community offers health as you like it:

Set Goals. Once you have a PATH account, you begin by setting your goals, and then track your progress. See your results over a couple of months or across an entire year. See where you stand among your peers as well - if you choose.

Track Progress. All year, year after year you can set goals and track your success weekly. Track progress in the following areas of health:

  • Physical Activity - in energy equivalents of calories burned
  • Muscular Strength - in number of workouts per week
  • Flexibility - in number of sessions per week
  • Eating Well - in calories eaten or balanced servings per day
  • Character Strengths - in activities you can do to bolster your own sense of happiness or life satisfaction

Belong. You can also join the community on one of hundreds of teams. If you choose, you can see where you stand among your friends, co-workers, peers.

Celebrate! Watch your team, your teammates', and your own stats build as the successes mount and you meet your goals year after actively planned year!
