Volunteer on-site coordinators help facilitate these turn-key programs that are easy to run, and take participants on exotic, virtual journeys to places such as ancient Greece, the American Revolution, and the Himilayas.

    A place for people to track their progress in all their health goals. If they choose, they can become part of our community where they can compare their stats to others. For support, they can create and join progress teams that are meaningful to them.

    PATH Healthy Life Survey

    A health risk assessment tool that asks the important health questions, year after year. You get three helpful tools as a result:

    1. Behavior change in wanting to improve results each year
    2. Immediate feedback individual reports that provide trends
    3. Group data (aggregate reporting) showing general needs for your workplace, and trends in risks over time.
