My daily check list is now a part of my routine…rest, more water, correct vitamins & minerals, less sugar, breakfast…slowly but surely I am building a better me.

Wellness takes on lots of different forms; it is not as specific as we sometimes want it to be. It is also not some obscure, unattainable program… seek, make it work, start a foundation if you don’t have one and build from there.

I feel agile and strong, not unsteady or lumbering, like I used to. I feel utterly changed. It’s been an amazing spring. Entering my forties was kind of scary at first, but now, since I feel better than I have in over a decade, I’m all set. As they say, bring it on.”
